Prayer Group
Every Friday since the day that the Movement was founded, and in every city where the Movement is, a Prayer Group is conducted that is open to everyone. The Holy Rosary is prayed, the life of a saint is shared, and the Word of the Lord is preached in the light of the Magisterium of the Church. Conversion and the pursuit of sanctity are strongly and unceasingly exhorted.
English Prayer Groups
New Jersey: Every Friday from 7:30pm-9:00pm in the Rectory Basement (Saint Cecilia 120 Kearny Ave. Kearny, NJ 07032) and via Zoom.
New York: Every third Friday of the month from 7:30pm-9:30pm in the Church Basement (Saint Anthony of Padua 85 Harrison St. West Harrison, NY 10604) in person.
There is a vigil on the first Saturday of each month where the local community meets in a parish in order to pray before the Blessed Sacrament. Members of the Movement and other faithful join in a moment of Adoration and reparation before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, through the prayer of the Holy Rosary and personal prayer. Its purpose is to guide souls to the recognition and adoration of the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
The Movement offers classes of preparation for Total Consecration to Jesus Through Mary according to the method of Saint Louis Mary Grignion de Montfort. The preparation consists of thirty three lessons over the course of nine months to prepare oneself to be Consecrated. This process of preparation is open to everyone, but it typically starts after each retreat.
